Janelle Lund was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Los Angeles and Atlanta. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education. Her husband’s Navy career allowed her to live in many beautiful areas of the country, including Quantico, VA, Lemoore, CA, Camp Pendleton, CA, Newport, RI, the D.C. area, Charleston, SC, and Japan. She moved to Augusta in 2001. She and her husband loved it so much, they decided to call it home when he retired in 2005. They are the parents of four fabulous children and have three grandchildren. Janelle has been at Klosinski Overstreet since 2006. She works as an administrative assistant to attorney, Scott Klosinski in the areas of bankruptcy, litigation, wills and probate.
Beth was born in Augusta, Georgia. She graduated high school in 1978 and took secretarial classes at Aiken Technical College. Beth and her husband Paul married and moved to South Carolina. They have two children, and two grandchildren. She is active at her church and loves to run and play tennis. Beth is the Office Manager and handles post-closing and accounting for the firm.
Valerie was born here in Augusta, Georgia and attended Greenbrier High School. She graduated, with honors, from Augusta State University in 2014 as a double major with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Valerie joined Klosinski Overstreet, LLP in 2011 and worked part time through college as an administrative assistant. In her free time Valerie enjoys kayaking, playing disc golf, and going to the gym. Valerie primarily assists attorney, James C. Overstreet, Jr. in the areas of bankruptcy, collection, commercial and civil litigation, along with some corporate and probate work.
Charla grew up in Alabama and graduated from Gadsden Business College with a degree as an Advanced Executive Secretary. She moved to Augusta, Georgia and began working for a real estate attorney in 1985. Charla’s eager to please attitude, along with her efficiency and accuracy, earned her an exemplary reputation among realtors and builders, as well as the other real estate attorneys in Augusta. She has attended management seminars and title insurance seminars on a continuous basis.
April was born in Wetzlar, Germany. She graduated from Greenbrier High school in 2007, and took classes at Georgia Military College. She has two children Palmer and Breckyn, who are her pride and joy. They enjoy going to the lake, the beach, and the park. April is the firm’s Real Estate Closing assistant and handles all aspects of residential real estate.
